Being A Projector In Human Design

When I first discovered Human design & my own human design archetype, everything began to make so much more sense.

The why behind the things I did, the way I reacted & interacted to people & the world around me, the little quirks I had, which weren't quirks at all, but actually part of my genetic makeup.

And did you know we actually agree to our soul contracts here on earth 88 days before we are actually born, yep we choose our parents and our life path & the lessons within it.

When I first found this out, I was like, heck, if I'd have known what was in store for me, I might have asked for different, but seriously it is a tool just like anything else, to help you understand YOUrself on a much deeper level.

For me, it's been a bit of a love/hate relationship, why because I like things done yesterday, I'm not naturally good at waiting, resting, playing for playings sake, and waiting to be invited to do something, especially if I can see someone struggling, I want to dive in and help there and then in that moment.

However now, I've learnt to honour my own energetic design, my energy flow, and my own boundaries.

So let me share a few facts with you:

We all have a human design profile, which is determined by our date & time of birth, and each one has their on unique energies, purpose, and strategy for living life, and doing business, so the four human design archetypes are, Generator, Manifestor, Reflector, and Projector, and also Manifesting Generator, which is a subtype of the generator, and each one has a body graph chart, which is packed with information, and gives you your conscious & subconscious side, your incarnation cross, how digest, shadow, environments you thrive in, and your defined & undefined centres.

So for me as a projector, I make up 22% of the population, and we are here as the advisors, the guides, the visionaries, and we don't have consistent energy, which is why it is so important that we rest, play & pause, that we embody our own design first & foremost, or we risk bitterness, we are designed for success.

We live in a world that is populated by generators, around 70% of the world, and they are here to be the ones that work with the systems, schedules, outputs, and timescales for completing tasks, they have defined sacral centres, which is a motor centre, with renewable life force energy daily, they are the builders of this world.

Me, on the other hand as a 4/6 splenic projector have a defined heart, will (Which is rare) spleen & root centres,and because we don't have access to sacral energy, it means I can take on the energy & emotions of those around me, not fully realising it's not my own, and this can lead to burn out and bitterness, if I don't protect my own boundaries & energy, on the plus size this means I can often & do get more done in a small amount of time, and quicker than anyone else in the room, even when we look like we are doing nothing, this is rarely the case, we are the productive bees, what people don't see is how we can easily be crushed by others trying to dim our light, or curb our creativity, this impacts our health & mental wellbeing long term.

We as projectors are here to guide & lead, not just to work, we are here to direct energy of others, and deciding where to allocate our time must be a priority, this is why working with me 1;1 now comes at a premium price, because you are literally getting my gold, my wisdom, my knowledge, my life lived experiences, and my heard learned education of which I have invested thousands and thousands of pounds.

A projector has a penetrating & focused aura, As a splenic projector with the gift of knowing also, and other clair senses, I see deeply into you & your vision, your hopes, dreams, I see into your direction & identity centre, and help you uncover this just by being in the same space as you, I see you at your core, and where you are designed to go, I can understand & see the bigger picture, sense your talents, blocks, old patterns, abilities & limitless potential, this is why I love my 1;1 sacred containers & spaces, and this can be to much for some, as you may not have seen this in yourself, and sharing these insights can sometimes spook others, this is why I also offer intimate group work, and I wait to be invited into your world.

However I'm not here to do the physical work for you, I am the overseer, I guide you to connect, remember & reclaim, I provide you with insights, and conscious direction, I help you to make things a reality, with a soul plan of action.

The key for me personally as a projector is to master being the expert in my own chosen field, and then embodying it, and then share this knowledge with others

Here's an example:

I used to say I as good at multi tasking, as I could complete several projects at once, I was the one who always cared for others, doing all the things for others, never saying no, and making sure everything was organised & prepared for others, But every night I would end up exhausted, and feeling bitter because my efforts were not being recognised.

Just because I'm good at somethings, does not mean I need to do it, just because I care & am a natural nurturer, I used to be forever double checking everything that others did, I would over deliver and give so much content in my courses, programs , and take on others problems as my own, this has taken some time for me to figure out, and to have boundaries solidly in place now, so that I no longer do this.

And learning all about human design, gene keys & numerology has helped me to figure out my on energetic design, and how I am meant to work, rest and play, we all have natural abilities & talents, this does not mean we should be doing them though, I'm now a firm believer in only doing what brings me soul joy, love & laughter, resting & playing, and having alone time to fully recharge, because we only have this one shot at life, we don't get to re-do it, I prioritise my wellbeing mentally & physically now, because I have been in the darkness of burn out and mental health out of whack, when I thought the world as better off without me in it, and I never want to feel that again.

For me learning all this, and embracing myself who I am at soul level, and my own energetic design & flow, has been truly life changing, and I have made the changes I have needed, for instance I now don't work evenings or weekends (Unless I wish to) I am focusing on mastering my chosen craft, to wait for the invitations before offering guidance, and prioritising my rest, self care, play, and regular alone time to connect back into myself and what my soul mission is asking of me.

If you are a projector too, know you are not alone in your experiences, many of us struggle with feeling like we don't belong, that's because e were not born to fit in, but to stand out, to create our own way of doing something, not following someone else's pattern or strategy, that won't work for us, it dilutes our power, you are here to lead first, then guide others from a place of embodied mastery.
