Belief Starts With You, Why I took A step Back From My Business

Why I took a step back from my business, to step in & step forwards.

In life, and in business, especially if you are the face of your business, it is so easy to get caught up in the being busy, being busy procrastinating, being busy doing for everyone else, being busy giving to everyone else, that you lose sight of just who the heck you are, and what you truly want, and desire in both life and business.

Add the many curveballs you are dealing with behind the scenes, such as trauma and grief, and all the emotions that come with that as the cherry on top of the cake, and you get overwhelm, burnout, and comparitinitus, imposter syndrome, and much more.

But at some point if you are doing all the things, life will put you on your backside

It did me when I kept going, Through the abuse, through the toxic, through the loss & heartache, through the abandonment, through the grief, through the many curveballs, I was dealing with behind the scenes, whilst trying to build a business, something had to give, and that give was me, my mental health & wellbeing, my sanity, my purpose.

I felt hopeless, a failure, not seen, not heard, not supported, and certainly not connected to me, or my dreams, hopes, and ideas, but I kept pushing, I kept on going through the sometimes 18 hour days, I carried the same old fears, patterns, and beliefs within me, and let me share this with you, if you don't face these little mind beating monkeys head on, they rule you, whether you like it or not.

Our conscious thoughts, emotions and actions are what we navigate life with

But it's in understanding our subconscious mind that holds the power, it's in the resetting, recalibration, and reclaimation that is the magick sauce, the connection back to ourselves, our long held dreams & vision, and having clarity, and an action plan to help us get from where we are currently, to where we long to be.

So I did something scary, I took my foot of the pedal, I stepped back, I sat with myself in reflection, in hope, in stillness, in exploration, and I got really crystal clear on what my north star mission in life is, and in truth it wasn't what I first thought, oh no, it was deeper, bigger, flipping scary, but I know in my soul it's the right journey.

I invested in myself as a conscious choice for the deep and at times uncomfortable work

And the journey continues with my body, health & wellbeing, it has been about healing myself on a deep cellular level, it's not a quick fix one, and done, or surface level positivity, but it's been about slowing down, showing up, and sharing through the real, raw emotions, the snot, and the tears.

You may ask, why this matters

The truth is it matters, because without doing this work you stay surface level, you will only grow, or expand as much as you are willing to make the changes you want, things will only change when you are willing to do the work to make it a reality, to come back to yourself, with a deep sense of self belief, balance, calm, connection, and clarity, on what you truly desire in life, and in business.

And so that's why I took the pause

I took a step back, to reset, to recalibrate, to reclaim the woman I wanted to be, and the north star mission, & vision I had for life, and business, because here's my truth, my business is not a separate entity from me, it is me, my heart, and soul, my passion, fire, and creativity, my muse, and my inspiration.

So if this resonates and you are sat there thinking, yes this is me, I so desire a change, I so desire to feel a sense of belonging, balance, calm and connection, because you are so fed up of having no one to support you, having no one to bounce your vision around with, having no one to talk to, and you feel lost, isolated, and lonely, and you are simply just going through the motions in life, existing but not truly living, then this is your sign to take a step back.

Get truly honest with yourself, and ask yourself?

Are my current choices in life, business, relationships, what I truly want, is my life, business, relationships truly giving me all that I need, and desire?

Because here's another truth, no one else can do this inner work for you, yes I can be by your side as chief hand holder, space holder, and connection, & support, but I cannot, and do not do the inner work for you, that is your own journey, I'm here as the facilitator for  you to be able to do that, this is my passion, my north star mission,  it's why I now support heart-led creatives, dreamers, soulful solopreneurs, and women in their 40's, who have had curveballs in their lives, to reset, recalibrate, and reclaim themselves, their identity, their voice, and vision, it's why I use my framework of conscious connection touch, conscious goddess & shadow work, conscious energetics, and deep angelic, atlantean & crystal healing, because we don't just work on one area, we create balance, calm, connection, and harmony, in mind, body, and soul, in your life, and business.
