My work is for those souls who are remembering that love & magick is held within them, It is for those who ache to live their lives in sacred ceremony & connection, in deep conversations & collaboration with others, and with the seasonal cycles, It is for those who feel the ancient whisper of something sacred beneath the ordinary, for those longing to belong, looking for balance, calm, clarity, confidence, and to come home to themselves once again.

I am devoted to creating a space where ceremony meets conscious energetics and healing, where connection & touch become translation & transformation, A space where mind, body & soul lead you home, a space devoted to awareness, connection, compassion, desire, energy, intention, innocence, joy, rest, reset & reclamation, truth, trust, soul & vision.

My practice has has been shaped through my own life lived experiences, of abuse, trauma, heartache, loss, grief, motherhood, toxic relationships, and years inside rooms for my own healing, and nights spent in silence listening and leaning into the whispers of my own soul for what still sings within the walls of my heart, I've spent years studying different coaching, mindset, mindfulness, sound therapy, energetic modalities, learning my craft, held the hearts & stories of women & sat in circle beside the broken & the luminous in equal reverence.
