Somatic balancing, grounding & nervous system reset, The world now is busy, loud, overwhelming & demanding, and s often we very rarely rest or take a pause just to breathe, but yet inside of you there is a yearning for that, for time to slow down, to have just 5 minutes of calm, so this week is all about focusing on balancing you, for grounding & reseting your nervous system, for balance, calm & clarity, this is where your healing begins, in stillness, in sacred pause, in reset.

Week 2 : Release : Alchemy Healing

The abandonment wounds, grief, guilt, shame, rage, that you have been carrying like a weighted blanket around your shoulders, the emotions that you've kept locked up in a gilded box anchoring you in survival, in week 2, we clear what is keeping you stuck with embodied aura cleansing & crystal cord cutting practices, and healing rituals, you will no longer carry pain this isn't yours to carry, you feel the freedom of releasing old stories, beliefs & wounds that were not yours in the first place, this is your sacred permission slip to lay it all down & burn it in ceremonial flame.

Week 3 : Integration

Week 4 & 5 : Recalibrate : Soul  Love & Expression

Week 10/11 : Remembrance & Reclamation : Beneath the survival mode, I want you to know you've always had the magick that you seek, this week we call back your sovereign self, through future design your life on purpose activation, and embodiment practices, you will step into the life you truly ant, this isn't about becoming someone new, it's about remembering & reconnecting to who you already are, and rising from the ashes to thrive.

Week 12 : Closing & Celebration, This week is all about having a beautiful grounded closing ceremony, and celebrating all of you & your journey during the past 10/12 weeks.

By the end of this journey, you will feel more balanced, calm, and have more clarity, your nervous system will have had a reset, and you will have had empowerment coaching & healing practices that move you from survival to saying this is me, and I am enough.
